this stone I have had for over 11 months. I finally decided I was good enough to start on it.
it's 17.2x15.8x6.5 mm and weighs 9.7 carats.
shaping and smoothing complete. now it just needs some cerium loving (serious loving)

Here is an update: I have ground off the junk, and marked it to cut, for maximizing the possible oval and procuring a couple of small offcuts.
and the tiny triangular offcut (the other is probably only doublet worthy)
